At Riteverses Solutions we follow strict quality led delivery procedure which allows the client to see all the processes, deliveries in a real-time manner. This transformational outsourcing helps the client have complete control over the process even at our end at any given time.
Our first step in this SIPOC based engagement is to understand the client requirement and pain points; once this is identified, a benchmarking study is done for global best practices and solutions. We develop a process flow which at any given time has at the most four to five high level steps with timelines, inputs and outputs. With necessary client sign off, the pilot project is started.

The pilot is initially run in parallel both at the client site and at our end; this ensures complete risk management and client team monitoring. Any output which is not as per agreed standard is immediately reviewed, the cause identified and correction initiated. The pilot is run for an agreed period of time to ensure stability and continuous standards of delivery.
With the above, we ensure complete transition of the process at our off site delivery centre; all along we ensure joint monitoring and client feedback for smooth running of each projects. All projects are hosted and delivered on a web-based delivery platform with full client visibility and control.
