Biswadeep leads strategic decision-making and business growth of the company and is responsible for financial and customer-focused success. With over fifteen years of professional experience in client servicing, customer acquisition and business consulting, he has led various sales and key account management responsibilities in his career. As a founder member of the company, he is responsible for all key client relationships both in the domestic and international markets.

Biswadeep has varied experience in the domains of accounting and communications and has played an active part in leading teams of Indian and global corporations. He holds an Executive MBA from ENPC, Paris. A commerce graduate, he completed his articleship from Lovelock & Lewis (now part of PricewaterhouseCoopers) at the beginning of his professional career. He has attended an Executive Course at Indian School of Business (ISB) on “Scaling up Small and Medium Businesses”. Previously, he worked in accounting & consulting, financial communications and knowledge outsourcing organizations.

At different stages of his career, he has worked at companies like GENPACT (formerly GECIS), Adfactors PR, Brand-comm, Genesis Burson-Marsteller and Netscribes. He has held several capacities where he was responsible for strategy, business development and key client relationships.

A firm believer in the power of teams, he is also responsible for attracting talent in the company, especially senior level recruitments.
