Ninu is a highly successful and result-oriented chief executive with extensive work experience. In a career spanning over 40 years, Ninu’s professional efforts have been defined by a strong focus on the areas of leadership, strategic thinking, team-building and the ability to transform organizations into high-quality learning systems.

An alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad and Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata, he is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Retail (Wellness and FMCG segments). Prior to this, he was the first professional CEO of Dabur and also the Managing Director of Bombay Dyeing.

At Riteverses, Ninu is helping the company in areas of business strategy and operational readiness to create a seamless professional organization. An FMCG veteran, he is focused on building a robust global sales model for the company and imbibing critical leaderships skill-sets within the organization. His experience of building market presence in developing countries and in cultures as diverse as India, Japan, Nigeria and China with leading MNCs like Procter & Gamble and Colgate Palmolive is an indispensible asset which Riteverses is leveraging for  its global expansion strategy.
