Shailendra is a leading Human Resource professional with comprehensive experience in the industry spanning over four decades. A National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) veteran, he held senior positions and was Executive Assistant to Dr. V Kurien (Founder and Chairperson of NDDB). He was the Head of HR Development and Training at NDDB from 1987-2000. He played a pivotal role in ‘Operation Flood’, the world’s largest employment program conceived, planned and implemented by the organization.

Shailendra has also worked as Chief Values Officer of Grow Talent Company Limited since its inception in August 2000 till December 2007. Since 2008, he has lent his expertise to several organizations, providing them with guidance in the areas of HR management, leadership development and personal coaching to Chief Executive Officers. He has worked across sectors like education, manufacturing, ITES and agri-based businesses.

Shailendra is guiding the senior leadership team at Riteverses to build an organization with key people values and development of fair organizational practices. He lends a strategic direction to the company’s HR initiatives to ensure that talent attraction, development and retention remain the company’s strategic business goals. With a strong focus on talent management, he acts as a mentor in the organization and focuses on the critical areas of talent engagement and assessment.
