Business Development Executive

Role

The primary role of the Business Development Executive is to assist in developing effective sales leads. The person will work closely to develop new business strategies for geographies – India and international.


Key responsibilities

Strong process orientation, MIS, and an understanding of the content outsourcing & publishing industry are desired; self-motivated, jovial, flexible and ability to work under tight deadlines

To independently research and build a pipeline of new business opportunities for the sales team

Lead generation activity

Create pinpointed MIS / trends on sales data


Qualification

MBA / BBA / Smart Graduates – preferred


Experience

1 to 4 years of experience in similar position

Freshers are welcome

Apart from specific domain expertise the following are a must in the candidate that we are looking at

Ability to learn / unlearn

Understanding of the current trends in business communication

Should be enthusiastic with the right attitude

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail and quality orientation

Temperament suited to the kind of demands in a team/process environment in terms of exhibiting creativity and meeting project deadlines
